Supporting Azure Active Directory The learning paths below are focused on providing troubleshooting content and links to support resources needed to help partner support agents resolve customer problems associated with the most commonly reported Azure Active Directory support issues. When you click on a hyperlink, a window will come up presenting the title of the resource itself, followed by a short summary of the content covered. When you click on the title in this view, the hyperlink will open the content in a new browser tab. Due to the size of the PowerPoint files in some of the courses, you may be asked to download the file locally to your machine. Once you have downloaded the file, in order to hear the audio for the module and the demonstrations contained within, you will need to play the PowerPoint deck in ‘Presentation Mode’. Keep in mind, not all courses have audio and/or demonstrations. For additional Azure technical overview training, please visit the Microsoft Learning page (https://openedx.microsoft.com/) to access additional training resources. Please note that you will be required to setup a user account, no fee required, to access the site.
